Validation model for the MovingAverage block
Validation test for the block IDEAS.Controls.OBC.CDL.Reals.MovingAverage.
The input sinInpNoDel, sinInp50sDel,
sinInp100sDel, generate sine outputs with same
frequency of 1/80 Hz, but different start times of
0 second, 50 second, 100
second.
